These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made via our website: www.palladio.net.

The content of this website is protected by copyright. The duplication of information or data, in particular the use of texts, text parts or pictorial material requires our previous agreement.
PRODUCTS
All products are delivered as long as stocks last. If an article is not available for a longer period of time, you will be informed and you have the possibility to cancel your purchase.
The images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. In particular the delivered color and box size of a product can deviate from pictures in the shop.
PRICES
Palladio reserve the right to change prices. The prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs, including VAT. Not included are handling charges and shipping costs. These will be charged separately during the ordering process. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the parcel size. The maximum number of items per order is limited in order to give accurate shipping costs. For bulk orders revert to info@palladio.net Promotions are only valid as long as stocks last.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Items are shipped from Switzerland. International customers do not pay Swiss VAT. The price is adjusted accordingly during check-out. Depending on the shipping destination, the country’s customs and VAT may be charged to you direct by the importer.
ORDER
By placing an order, the customer accepts these general conditions of sale. We reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer.
Costs resulting from undeliverability (wrong or insufficient address) will be charged to the customer.
The goods remain the property of Palladio until full payment has been received.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customers can pay by credit card or Paypal only.
REVIEWS
Palladio may ask the customer to write a product review after purchase. The option to write reviews is restricted to verified buyers.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
Exchange or return only by telephone agreement or email within 8 days possible. The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. The shipping costs in case of a return of the goods are to be paid by the customer. For reasons of copyright we do not accept returns of opened goods. In the case of a return without comment, the invoice amount will be demanded in full.
Special orders (large quantities, special color, etc.) which are specially organized for customers, can not be taken back.
APPLICABLE LAW / PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, the registered office of Palladio
