Each leadership forum unites a small group of people (6-8) who face a common kind of task in different, non-competing organizations. Each forum’s organizational shape is ultimately developed by the participants, but it usually includes about 3-4 facilitated meetings per year.

The present forums are not so much about showcasing your own work to each other, but about approaching your peers with the cases you are working on at the moment and asking them for advice and feedback on what to do next.

Client management for internal organisational developers in large corporations – 7 members. (Heads of Learning and Development, Heads of Organisational Development, Heads of HR Development)

SME C-Level management – 4 members. (CEOs, Heads of Sales)
