Learning beyond trainings
The more agile and self-controlled the organization is to be, the more continuous learning needs to take place within it. On the other hand, we don’t have the time to send people to classrooms and wait for a long-term effect. It is also the end of one-size-fits-all trainings. We are dealing with experienced managers with highly individual and constantly changing needs.
Leadership Labs focus on the central leadership challenge of each individual participant. Peer participants and facilitators create a consulting environment – mostly on the job, not in the classroom. Learning happens in the wake of problem solving – your own as well as your peer’s.
The outcome is immediately visible in leadership and business results. The personal transformation is substantial, because the process has delved deeply into the participant’s actual practice. And the group develops a new capacity of organizational learning which endures beyond the program.
