What is the best way to understand a corporate mindset, and the best way to transport it?

We believe that at the bottom line, it’s all in the stories people tell each other.

We often use film as a medium to condense and communicate these stories. Their clarity and emotional impact has nothing of the evasive nature that pure statistics and analysis often convey. If it’s about creating and maintaining a sense of urgency, and about observing (instead of measuring) progress, we know of no instrument which delivers such a clear and actionable input.

In a second phase, and depending on the nature of the corporate mindset we start with, we might use the stories as a platform for exchange and development.
